Henspa Shipping Information

Your Henspa will be delivered in a Tractor trailer. You must have room for a tractor trailer to park and turn around.

The Henspa is shipped on a pallet, and weighs about 400lb. crated. If you do not have a forklift to unload it, the freight company sends a truck with a lift gate. There is an additional $100 charge from the trucking company for this service.

You may elect to pick it up at a freight terminal. There is no extra charge for loading it on your truck or trailer if you do this.

Alternatively, if you have two people available. Use a #2 square drive bit in a screw gun to remove the end panels from the crate. Unload the sections from the crate individually. The heaviest part is 55 lb., and can be lifted by two people. This takes about 15 minutes and saves you the $100 charge.

The shipping company will call you in advance to arrange a delivery time when you can be available to unload.

Your Henhaven will be shipped via UPS. Unpacking it should be easy!
